Chemical Processor

Local manufacturing company seeking Chemical Processor on 1st shift! Candidates must perform a variety of finishing processes on metal parts following standardized methods and procedures including but not limited to, cleaning, stripping. metals parts, oiling finished parts and performing passivate and black oxide applications. The chemical processor will work from drawings, specficiations, process record cards, purchase orders, and/or other instructions. Check the condition of solutions and parts, to produce optimum plating results.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and understand written/verbal instructions as well as communicate same in English.
• Ability to work with an interpret process records cards for instructions and verify the PRC matches the customer purchase order. Must be able to record their time properly on the back of the purchase order and ensure that all areas are completed.
• Ability to handle basic math.
• Excellent attendance/punctuality is required to meet customer commitment dates.
• Ability to list up to 50 lbs. Lifting and carrying will be done frequently.
