Platers, Rackers, & Maskers

Springfield plating company currently seeking platers, rackers and chemical processors for their team. Candidates with previous plating, metal finishing or has dealt with chemical manufacturing encouraged to apply! Full time, temp-hire opportunity!

Duties

• Previous plating or chemical processing experience is a plus!
• Safely and accurately rack products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Ability to read and understand written/verbal instruction and handle basic math.
• Monitor the quality of products being racked, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control.
• Must be physically able to work in humid/hot environment as necessary and tolerate odors of chemicals. Must not be allergic or sensitive to chemicals
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Schedule: 1st shift 6am-4:30pm M-F and alternating Saturdays 6am-11am

Pay: $16.00-$19hr, depending on position and experience
