Reliable Temps is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a client located in Northampton. This is a temp-hire opportunity. Experience with payroll is a plus!

Duties:

  • Work directly with clients to fulfill their requests while building meaningful relationships.
  • Ensure all client payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
  • Verify all payroll data and maintain client information in a meticulous and confidential manner.
  • Communicate with clients and team members effectively.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous experience in client support
  • Excellent phone skills
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting required
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Organized and analytical
  • Have a positive attitude
