Local aerospace company seeking out a qualified CNC Machinist on 1st shift!

Job responsibilities include working with the Machine Shop Manager and other employees in Machining and Inspection of all machined component orders and completion of documentation to satisfy Customer and Quality requirements.

CNC Machinist duties:

  • Setup and Operation of the vertical milling machines.
  • The ability to properly identify cutting tools.
  • Reading and interpreting customer drawings, blueprints.
  • 100% Visual Inspection of all machined components per customer requirements.
  • Dimensional inspection of all machined components using measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial calipers, height gages etc.
  • Completion of the final inspection report for submission with parts to inspection.
  • Follow all safety rules as outlined in the Company Safety Manual.

CNC Machinist benefits:

  • Pay: $28-$38/hr, depending on experience
