Immediate Machinist and Manufacturing Openings – All Shifts!

East Longmeadow manufacturing company currently seeking to fill multiple machine operation positions! All shifts available! Previous machine operation experience and quality experience preferred. Full time, long term and possible temp-hire opportunities!

Current Open Positions & Shifts:

Pressman Operator-(3rd shift) Setup and operation of front ends of high-speed presses. Perform basic troubleshooting tasks and handling general repairs as needed. Previous pressman operation experience required. Pay: $25-29/hr

Bobst Operator-(1st shift) Running presses, loading/unloading pallets of material, stripping waste and removing waste materials. Will be running Aerator-Jogger and the Balers. Pay: $20-25/hr

Senior Molding Technician-(1st shift) Maintain and control processes of molding machines, robotics and ensuring quality and quantity production standards. Follow work instructions, monitor materials, molds, equipment, cycle times and part quality. Resolve issues related to tooling alignment, part handling, runner containment, part placement, process etc. Preventative mainenance and troubleshooting. Pay: $20-25/hr

Electro-Mechanical Technician-(1st shift) Performance of plastic forming machines, tools and equipment associated to the molding process. Technical knowledge of eletrical theory, fabricating, test, repair and modifying equipment or automation systems. Will prepare both PLC and robot programming and conduct diagnostics on robots and cells. Working with engineers, mechanics, technicians and electricians. Pay: $20-25/hr

Quality Technician-(2nd shift) Visual and manual inspections of product and processes. In process, final and incoming inspections. Must follow work instructions, and should be familiar with defect tracking and analysis to ensure corrective actions are taken. Technicians will use measuring instruments, fixtures gauges, and calibrations to determine product quality. Will assist with audits as needed. Pay: $18-22/hr

Machine Techncians-(1st, 2nd 3rd shifts) Must perform machine set ups and changeovers. Basic troubleshooting, machine adjustments, repairs. Must be able to operate slitters, hot stamp, and perform labeling, cutting, etc. Pay: $18-20/hr
