Local manufacturing company looking to add an office assistant to their team!
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Answering phone calls
- Using Word, Excel, data entry, emailing
- administrative duties such as handling paperwork, typing job orders, certifications and completed jobs.
- Prepare and scan weekly invoices and certifications
- Previous aerospace experience/industry is a plus!
Administrative Assistant Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30-5pm
Administrative Assistant Benefits:
- Pay: $18.00/hour DOE
