Reliable Temps is searching for a Personal Lines Account Executive for a client located in the Northampton area. Previous Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
All candidates with an office background are encouraged to apply, pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Helping new and existing clients identify their insurance needs and provide them with the best coverage options available at the best value.
- Solve any arising client concerns or issues
- Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients.
- Account round and cross-sell existing accounts.
- Manage client insurance policies ensuring requirements are filled and necessary documents are completed.

- Above average communication skills.
- Shows enthusiasm and promptness when interacting with customers
- Strong customer service and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills preferably with knowledge of agency management software and insurance rating software.
