Job description:

East Granby, CT company currently seeking a receptionist. Candidate would be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional first impression while supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative needs. This role focuses on reception, office organization, and general administrative coordination, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Full time, temp-hire/direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism
  • Direct inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a welcoming, polished front-office presence
  • Keep reception and common areas organized and presentable
  • Order and restock office, breakroom, and janitorial supplies
  • Manage mail, shipping, and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for company-wide meetings, leadership meetings, and town halls
  • Coordinate meeting space setup, catering, and invitations as needed
  • Reconcile expenses and handle confidential information
  • Track basic lead and contact data
  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Assist with managing COIs during peak periods
  • Provide occasional assistance with personal errands or tasks for the President, as requested
  • Participate in emergency-response protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay is $20-25/hour

Schedule: In office, Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM
