Sales Representative

Growing wholesale company currently seeking a Sales Representative to add to their growing company! This candidate would be generating new business, conducting on-site assessments, delivering customized quotes, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. You will play a key role in expanding our residential home standby generator services across the region. Full time, permanent opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting appointments with customers based on incoming leads
• Visiting customer locations, and educating homeowners on the product
• Analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together
• Processing orders and supplying office staff with all required documentation
• Managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed
• Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Conducting site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation
• Collaborating with engineering, operations, and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
• Maintaining CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management

Requirements

• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Mechanical or electrical background is a plus!

Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $900/week until a commission is built
