Local transportation company is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for their Springfield location!
CSR Duties:
  • Candidates will be working in a high volume call center
  • Answer incoming customer service calls regarding bus routes and other transit related inquiries
  • Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous transit experience is preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge is required
Job Requirements:
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be able to take direction and multitask
  • Have great customer service and phone skills
  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred
  • Knowledge of the PVTA
Additional Information:
  • 1st Shift: 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday
  • $19.00/hour
  • 6-9 month assignment, potential for temp-hire
