Local transportation company is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for their Springfield location!
- Candidates will be working in a high volume call center
- Answer incoming customer service calls regarding bus routes and other transit related inquiries
- Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous transit experience is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to take direction and multitask
- Have great customer service and phone skills
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of the PVTA
- 1st Shift: 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday
- 6-9 month assignment, potential for temp-hire
