Customer Service Representative needed for Northampton manufacturing company. Candidate will be helping to manage customer support, inputting customer orders, verifying accuracy on orders, interacting with customers via phone and email and providing support to Sales and Operations Manager.
Duties include:
-Sales order entry
-Processing back order maintenance and freight updates
-Assist with Amazon order entry including shipping details
-Stock checks for customers/sales reps
-Sample order/donation entry & Processing
-Stock adjustments transactions for sample orders
-Filing all customer service & distribution paperwork
-New account set up & account creation on JD Edwards program
-Credit/Debit issuance for shortages/damages
-Pulling offline materials for trade/consumer shows, occasional attendance needed
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & JD Edwards preferred.
Shift/Pay
1st shift: Mon-Thursday 8:30am-5pm & Friday 8:30am-4pm
$20-24/hr depending on experience
