Wax Injection Assembler

Overview

Reliable Temps Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Wax Injection Assembler to join our client’s Foundry team. In this role, you’ll manufacture high-quality wax patterns used in our investment casting process while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety. This position offers the opportunity to develop a variety of skills through cross-training across multiple workstations in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality wax patterns and assemblies that meet production and quality standards.
• Operate and rotate between multiple wax injection machines and workstations.
• Perform first-piece inspections and complete required quality documentation.
• Inspect, assemble, and repair wax patterns to ensure they meet appearance and dimensional requirements.
• Set up molds, remove wax patterns, and safely operate wax room equipment and hand tools.
• Follow manufacturing routings, ISO procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records using the company’s manufacturing system.
• Work closely with team members and assist other Foundry departments as production needs require.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Manufacturing or technical experience preferred; investment casting or machining experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Willingness to learn multiple processes and rotate between workstations.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
